Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the nature of artificial jewellery, returns are accepted only in specific cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect item claims.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Proper proof such as an unboxing video or clear images is required to process the request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or worn jewellery
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Sale items or discounted products

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange for design, color, or personal preference is not available.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
